February 16 - 17, 2017: CASHRM HR Business Partners - Enhance your Strategic Contributions
Join us at Crowne Plaza Executive Park for this 2-day workshop from 8 am to 5 pm each day. The workshop will cover developing the necessary skills to become an effective HR business partner (HRBP) and maximize the value of HR in your organization. Explore the positive impact of the HRBP role and how use of an HRBP structure improves HR services across organizations. Analyze case studies and engage in group discussions to enhance your consulting skills, business acumen, and ability to strategically contribute to organizational goals. Develop a business case and implementation plan to guide your organization’s transition to the HRBP structure. This program is approved for HRCI 15 Business Credits and 15 SHRM PDCs.

SAVE THE DATE notices for upcoming 2016 events have now been posted to the website calendar. All SAVE THE DATE calendar entries can be downloaded to your calendar and will "convert" to meeting registration links whenever registration is open for an event. As a reminder, registration for a specific event typically opens up approximately 30 days before the event date. Please check back here and on the e-blast notices for event specifics.
Registrations, Walk-Ins, Cancellations and No-Shows:
All members, sponsors and guests for Charlotte Area SHRM , Rowan County HRA and SMA Charlotte™ events are responsible for registering for events prior to the event date in order to guarantee an accurate headcount for logistics setup and food and beverage planning purposes. Failure to register or cancel for an event can subject the chapter to unnecessary charges and expenditures. We have previously provided updates in recent e-blasts that explain the policies and procedures for registration, cancellation, walk-ins and no-shows.
