Feed NC - 2015 NCSHRM Food Drive:
CASHRM, in partnership with NCSHRM and the Second Harvest Food Bank, is once again participating in a statewide food drive. Second Harvest Food Bank will be providing more information about the needs in our local community at our May and June meetings. You can support our effort with food donations or money. Members are also encouraged to have a food drive at your place of employment as a way to support CASHRM and other chapters across the state. Click HERE for more information about how you can assist this worthwhile project, which was recognized with a 2014 SHRM Pinnacle Award.
Registrations, Walk-Ins, Cancellations and No-Shows:
All members, sponsors and guests for Charlotte Area SHRM , Rowan County HRA and SMA Charlotte™ events are responsible for registering for events prior to the event date in order to guarantee an accurate headcount for logistics setup and food and beverage planning purposes. Failure to register or cancel for an event can subject the chapter to unnecessary charges and expenditures. We have previously provided updates in recent e-blasts that explain the policies and procedures for registration, cancellation, walk-ins and no-shows. Click HERE for a copy of the complete chapter policy.
CASHRM Career Center:
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new and improved Charlotte Area SHRM Career Center! Click HERE or an overview of the new features. CASHRM and RCHRA members can post HR related positions (for up to 60 days) on our Career Center free of charge, while both members and non-members have a variety of premium options to choose from to enhance your next job search or recruitment process. Click on the drop-down under HR RESOURCES on the top menu bar for complete information.
