Patricia D. Phifer - HR Professional of the Year Award

Charlotte Area SHRM annually recognizes one outstanding practitioner at the August HR Executive Panel breakfast as the Patricia D. Phifer - HR Professional of the Year.

This award is given to an HR practitioner in recognition of his/her service to the HR community, service to the HR profession, leadership in the business community, and service to the civic community, and honors the memory of Patricia Drawdy "Pat" Phifer.  Pat was a dedicated human resources professional who worked for approximately 15 years for Cone Mills in Greensboro, NC, and for more than 10 years at CHF Industries in Charlotte.  She last worked as Vice President of Human Resources at CHF.  Pat was the 1995 President and a Lifetime Member of Charlotte Area SHRM.

Our 2010 recipient will be announced at the August HR Executive Panel breakfast meeting!
