April 18: The Business of Hiring Re-Entry Employees

Please join the Charlotte Business Journal for a panel discussion on The Business of Hiring Re-Entry Employees. The competition for finding employees is making it difficult for many companies to grow and expand. This insightful panel discussion will look at the challenges of today's workforce, the opportunities for businesses to hire "second chance" employees and the implications of an economy running out of workers.

Topics that will be covered are the links between the economic cycle and social problems, solving our labor shortages: workforce development and ex-offenders, and best practices of businesses that successfully hire "second chancers": mitigation risk and finding opportunities.
