November 5: CASHRM Program and Breakfast

Join us at the Crowne Executive Plaza at 7:30 AM as Ann Kruse discusses Leadership Agility:  the Key to Competitive Success.  Today’s world of complexity and rapid change requires leaders who operate at a high level of Agility. Being a “strategic thinker” is no longer adequate.  The organization that can develop Agility in its leaders will have a competitive advantage.  However, Agility is missing in many organizations’ leadership competency models and development strategies. How might this matter for your organization’s business success and what can you do about it?  In this session, you will learn what Agility is, how it can lead to business success, and HR’s role in developing Agility in the organization’s leaders.  Register here
